  • The interactive welcome call kicks off the leadership journey and connects fellow participants. They will learn how the programme accelerates growth, get practical guidance for success, and start building valuable relationships with peers who share your leadership aspirations.

  • The 2-hour workshops tackle crucial leadership challenges through neuroscience-backed insights. Each session focuses on themes like influence, decision-making, and resilience - key areas that drive organisational performance. With cohorts of 12-15 leaders per workshop, participants gain practical tools while building valuable cross-functional relationships. The series format enables sustained behaviour change and measurable leadership growth across your organisation. neuroscience enhances leadership influence through evidence-based strategies.

  • facilitated small group coaching sessions complement the workshops, providing a confidential space for 4-5 leaders to explore challenges, share insights and deepen their learning. Through structured peer coaching and expert facilitation, participants develop practical solutions while strengthening their support network.

  • The programme concludes with an impact survey to measure outcomes and ROI. Participants are supported in creating action plans to embed their learning and maintain momentum. We facilitate ongoing peer connections through an optional alumni network, ensuring the relationships and growth continue beyond the formal programme end.
