Vida the founder of Neurate and a neuroscientist, executive coach, and leadership consultant specialising in high performance under pressure. She holds a PhD in neuroplasticity from the University of Zurich, where her research focused on how the brain changes during complex learning, and a Masters in Chemistry.

Vida brings C-suite and FTSE 100 experience and more than 10 years of delivering executive coaching, in-depth leadership assessments, leadership workshops, and leadership development programmes across multiple industries. She is also a former Managing Consultant and Co-Head of Coaching at YSC Consulting (now part of Accenture), and a PCC ICF-accredited coach and coach supervisor. She works in seven languages—English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Croatian—and has coached leaders across 20+ countries.
