Dr. Vida Skreb

I’m a neuroscientist, executive coach, and leadership consultant focused on high performance under pressure. I help leaders sharpen strategic thinking and decision-making, build real influence and impact, and bring out the best in their teams.

With 2,000+ hours of coaching, my work blends brain science with pragmatic tools to create behaviour change that actually sticks. I specialise in helping leaders understand how different brains work—including neurodivergent ones—to unlock both high performance and genuine satisfaction. Think trusted ally with a sharp lens: warm connection, candid challenge, and conversations that crystallise decisions.

The outcome is clearer decisions, stronger influence, and the confidence to shape your career and create real impact—without burning out or performing leadership that isn’t yours.

Science background

With a PhD in neuroplasticity from the University of Zurich, I bring hard science to the soft skills of leadership. My research focused on how the brain changes during complex learning—knowledge I now apply to help senior leaders create lasting transformation. This isn't about quick fixes or surface-level changes. It's about understanding the neural patterns that drive your leadership and learning how to leverage them for maximum impact.

Global perspective, precise impact

Having lived and worked across multiple cultures, I bring a uniquely global lens to leadership development. I work in seven languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Croatian) and have coached leaders across 20+ countries. This multicultural fluency, combined with my background in neuroscience, allows me to spot patterns others miss and challenge assumptions others accept.

Your brain is already extraordinary.
Your leadership should be too.
